Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (Independent Learning-Independent Campus) Policy, initiated by the Ministry of Education and Culture, serves as a platform and a driving force for Djuanda University Bogor to implement innovative and creative learning transformations. In line with this, Djuanda University Bogor has prepared itself as an "Independent Campus," providing students with the opportunity to apply the concept of independent learning, which is also a National Standard of Higher Education as stated in Ministerial Regulation of Education and Culture No. 3 of 2020 concerning National Standards for Higher Education.
The implementation of the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) Program is an acceleration step for Djuanda University to achieve its vision: "To Become a Research University United in Tawhid and Recognized Globally," and its mission: "To implement the five pillars (pancadarma) of quality and modern higher education, which include education, research, community service, professionalism, and tawhid, to foster graduates who are intellectually, spiritually, emotionally, and socially intelligent, competent, entrepreneurial, beneficial to society and the nation, and become a mercy to all creation (rahmatan lil’aalamiin)."
The MBKM Program also serves as evidence of the implementation of Djuanda University's 2020 Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) standards related to Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka and aligns with Djuanda University Bogor's existence as a higher education institution that upholds local wisdom in West Java, Islamic values, national spirit, and international competitiveness, as stated in the 21 Tawhid Characters of Djuanda University Individuals.
The MBKM concept at Djuanda University Bogor is a combination of the MBKM Program initiated by the Ministry of Education and Culture and the 21 Tawhid Characters of Djuanda University Individuals, which comprehensively encompass the necessary characteristics for students to undertake the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka Program.
Djuanda University Bogor's readiness to support the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka Program is also implemented in the structural management of work units at the university. Djuanda University Bogor has several management units that support and accommodate the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka Program, including
